DANIEL R. BARADAT
Daniel R. Baradat was born in Tulare, California on June 21, 1950. He earned a bachelor's degree from St. Mary's College in 1972 and a Juris Doctorate from University of San Francisco in 1975.
Mr. Baradat was admitted to the California and U.S. District Court, Eastern and Northern Districts of California Bars in 1976. He was admitted to the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Oklahoma Bar in 1984.
Mr. Baradat has served as a Judge Pro Tem for the Fresno County Superior Court. He is a member of the Fresno, Kings and Tulare County Bar Associations, where he has served as a Director. He is also a member of the State Bar of California, the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, the American College of Trial Lawyers, the Consumer Attorneys of California, and the International Society of Barristers, where he is currently the President. Mr. Baradat is a Diplomate in the American Board of Trial Advocates, where he formerly served as the Central Valley Chapter President.
Mr. Baradat was named one of the top 100 lawyers of Northern California in every year since 2006 by Northern California Super Lawyers. He has also been honored with Lifetime Achievement Membership among America’s Top 100 Attorneys. He practices in the areas of personal injury law, legal and medical malpractice. Mr. Baradat has nine jury verdicts in excess of $1,000,000. Mr. Baradat has served on the Board of Regents of St. Mary's College.
